Services
Alpha Steam provides cleaning and maintenance services across the Twin Cities East Metro. Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed before work begins.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and the condition of the space at the time of service. If the scope changes, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or lack of access may require rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per the terms of your maintenance plan. Recurring plans continue until cancelled with reasonable notice.
Satisfaction
If something is not right, let us know promptly and we will make it right. We stand behind our work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions outside our control.
